United States Army snake bite kit complete with all accessories and original cardboard box, never used. Used in guadacal and other islands by the United States Navy / United States Marine Corps and United States Army doctors. The kit includes two adhesive bandages, an iodine tincture, two inhalant capsules of ammonia, grease, a tourniquet and a suction device. The kit was manufactured by the Mine Safety Appliances Company. Very rare item and in perfect condition. It will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.
