Some sporadic lagoon (one in the frontispiece), some stains, trace of a xylograph insect without significant loss. old fence of humidity, some section with somewhat acidified leaves. Modern binding in half leather in good condition.
Plutarch (Queronea, 46 or 50 AD - Delphi, 120 AD). His best known work is the Parallel Lives, a series of biographies of famous Greeks and Romans, compiled in the form of couples in order to compare their common moral virtues and defects.
