Christian beliefs. Bringing together all the passages of Bayle most unfavorable to religion, this one was condemned by the Parliament and made put Marsy a few months in the Bastille.

Binding from the time in full marbled calfskin, ribbed spine adorned with a mosaic red morocco piece and an elegant decoration of boxes garnished with golden florets, the volume number compartment is tinted black.
Fresh and clean set. The head cover of volume 2 cropped. The head covers of volumes 4 and 7 a little leveled, the gilding of the past volume numbers. Superficial epidermis, with leather gaps in volumes 2, 4 and 5. In volume 5 wetness in the margin of the foot, without affecting the text. The rest in perfect condition.
