Consilia di Natta, a favorite pupil of Maino and the most important subalpine jurist of the 1500s.
In medieval times, trials were decided on the basis of a council / opinion and only those of the most prestigious jurists were taken into consideration. Those of Natta were cited for a long time not only in the subalpine area but throughout Europe.
