Set of this 4to edition, 26. x 20 cm regarding " Art Militaire "
illustrated with 33 copper plates distributed in 19 pages .
10 folding ( 25 x 36 cm) from the famous Dictionary by Diderot & D'Alembert .
the booklet is stitched together.However, tear in the 1st page as from photo.
There is text present. at the beginning, together with 71 pages covering " L'evolutions de Terre"
the 1st suite with 15 plates - Art Militaire - Evolutions de L'Infanterie/Cavallerie while the 2nd suite with 18 ( 8 bis) plates - Art Militaire - Fortification.
The plates are self explanatory with the title of each plate on the bottom part and also with text as reference.
Printed on water marked paper, with strong impression, fresh and crisp.
I will include some old end leaves for eventual rebinding of the booklet.
