Elegant Victorian silver plated cheese board set comprising the original wood liner and a round tray. Trimmed with an ornate pierced and high-relief border depicting scrolls and flowers in a typical Art Nouveau design. The tray is large enough to be used as a stand-alone piece for serving a teapot and a teacup, for example.

Made by Parkin & Marshall, Sheffield, c. 1890's.

Good antique condition. Some wear to silvering and scuffing commensurate with age and use; knife marks to wood liner; small indent to one of the scrolls along the border; tiny dark marks.
