A vol. in-4 °, ca.22.5 x 16.5 cm, pp. 127 [1 of imprimatur], leather binding with titles and decorations in gold on the spine with five nerves, red cuts; title page with intaglio vignette + 60 engravings n.t. of full-page emblems on the front with texts on the front: Latin quotations from the Bible and from the Fathers of the Church, Spanish verses by Alfonso de Ledesma, Dutch by Vaenius and French by Carolus Hattonius.
In good condition, cover with abrasions along the edges and cuts on the spine, fresh and well-tied interior, only small specks outside the print area, only the plate affected. on p. 113, present old paper patches to compensate for small tears on the front of the title page and on pp. 116 and 117, also outside the printing area, overall a very good and very usable copy (see photo).
