Postal used
12 cents, grey black, imperforate and in a pair, cancelled with the postmark from Barre, New York, on a letter with correspondence, sent to Liverpool. The date postmark from New York 17 September 1853 and the arrival postmark are on the back. Very rare composition, in a pair. Comes with a certificate.
