Book of 226 pages printed by Hoepli in 1936 on watermarked paper bearing the signature of Mussolini and a fasces lictoriae on alternating pages (see last 2 photos).
Title: “Scritti e Discorsi dell'Impero” (November 1935 - November 1936)
At the explicit request of Gabriele D'Annunzio, approved by the Duce, the volume was preceded by the 10-page handwritten letter "A Viso Aperto" addressed from the poet to the Head of Italy and Founder of the Empire.
The book is complete with a tipped-in table reproducing the imperial bust of Mussolini by Pino Closa.
Interior and binding in excellent condition, yellowing and stains on the cover and an owner’s stamp that was properly erased without significant damage.
