The BAT 9 was the last in the series and was still built from parts of the 1900 Sprint of the time. The car was a little less exuberant and the extreme shapes became more sober. The tail fins became two long, narrow plates and at the front came the typical Alfa Romeo Grille. The car was first shown to the public at the 1955 Turin Motor Show. The car was again a design by Bertone.
