A beautiful large page (p. 16) from the album “l'Or du Gouffre / Het Goud in de Nacht” made for Spirou - Robbedoes magazine in 1968/1969 and published in album form in 1986 (Dupuis).

Indian ink on glossy drawing paper. Sirius often experimented with paper types. He drew on ordinary thick drawing paper, sometimes on tracing paper and also on this glossy paper, which made it easy for him to scratch out lines in black.

The page is in good condition. With the original French texts.
Since the paper is quite thin and has been folded, I had the page professionally mounted on acid-free cardboard, making the folding line less visible and the page less fragile.
Some minor restorations have also been carried out.

Signed bottom right with monogram (MM for Max Mayeu, Sirius’s real name)

A great opportunity to obtain a beautiful classic for a reasonable price.
