Here is a miniature offering memorandum for Walt Disney Productions. The date of the memorandum is Dec 11th 1985..and 8 3/4 percent due on Feb 25th 1994. This is an eight page memorandum with full details on each page. It has been encapsulated in a clear bevelled resin cube. Mickey Mouse is on top and inside the cube. I have not been able to find another of these for comparison. A lovely Disney item for the collector. There are light surface scratches on the base, which would polish out.
