First edition. Facsimile of 3 school notebooks at the beginning of the century, based on which Aragon wrote automatic texts and made automatic words and sentences collages cut out of newspapers in 1924. These documents are presented in a casing (with "Aragon" embossed on the covers, and a title in golden characters) in blue paper with double compartments, also containing facsimiles of autograph letters, photographs, drawings and documents about Aragon and Breton, to whom the poet had given these documents in 1931 - shortly before they broke apart - asking him: "Garde-le bien pour mes archives". A third portfolio contains the transcription of the three handwritten notebooks, and a presentation by Olivier Barbarant.
