Small 4to, 24 × 16 cm. in contemporary half-leather binding and matching endpapers.
With an embossed library stamp and note on the front endpaper.
Complete work (lacks map Holland and Belgium) translated into English by W. Gray Fearnside and illustrated with 62 (very finely detailed!) steel engravings (about 15 × 19 cm) by various artists, taken from drawings by W.H. Bartlett.

Some spotting, browning and scattered foxing. Binding perfect.
Nice book, an interesting read.
