First edition of what is considered the FIRST SPANISH TREATY ON BANKRUPTCY AND BANKRUPTCY, its legislation and procedure; published fifty years before Salgado de Somoza's "Labyrinthus creditorum concurrentium". Both texts constitute the basis of the early bibliography on this field of commercial and procedural law. The last leaves collect the index of all things or index rerum omnium in hoc tractatu comprehenduntur.
