Compilation of PCO's first two full-length releases Music From The Penguin Café (1976) and Penguin Café Orchestra (1981).
Double LP. Only released in Japan.

The executive producer for the first album (1976) was Brian Eno, who released it on his experimental Obscure label, with catalogue number "Obscure 7". This compilation was released in Japan by E.G. Records in 1985 using the iconic cover by artist Emily Young.

The album was included in Robert Dimery's 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.
