2 parts in 1 folio volume (340 x 208 mm), full glazed calfskin on wooden boards (contemporary binding), spine with five double bands, cold-threaded boxes, cold-stamped covers with a succession of fillets and vegetated bands, traces of brass clasps, blind fillet on the chases, virgin endpapers, old handwritten ex-libris by E J. Biezen on the upper inside cover, [20]-656-[2]-200- [2] pages (complete collection).
Worn corners, accident in the head cover at the level of the bits, split foot bits (1 cm), cracks in the leather at the level of the back (more pressed on the nerves), split upper hinge on the second head box, clasps partially missing , browned and rubbed edges, blank upper flyleaf absent, waterstaining on the first part of the work - approximately 400 pp. - (more pronounced in places), scattered stains, browned interior, especially on the edge, heavy browning on pages Qqq and Qqq.4 of t.I and B of t.II. Fair condition.

Illustrated edition of two engraved titles, of this revised Dutch Bible and by the theologian Henricus Van den Leemputte (1586-1656), from the University of Louvain in 1599.
