The artist Brazo (pseudomino in memory of his nephew Denis) was born in Turin in 1964 and from an early age he was fascinated by colors, growing up he learned to use painting as an expressive medium and to create his first works on canvas. To refine his technique, he attended artists' workshops and began to reproduce the great works of expressionist masters, learning the use of colors and the spontaneity of painting, to develop his own technique based on the sign as well as color.
Finally, his research led him to marry the style of street art and art brut, finding in them the ground in which to express emotions through the use of colors and signs that have always attracted him following his instinct and forgetting about academic rules. It uses expressive brushstrokes, vivid colors, scribbled words and distorted shapes to represent ideas and models of our society.
His painting remakes the world as he wishes, a form of witchcraft to reconcile with the world and cling to a universe where reality and desire are never experienced as contradictory but in a continuous fusion. A world without academic rules, pure instinct and expressive freedom. It is not a question of aesthetics but of the incessant challenge in creating a visual and psychological experience in which everyone can find their own emotion.
The work is in good condition. Made with mixed technique.
