The Niepoort house is started by Dutch immigrants in the early 1800. Before havinf their own vinyards, terraces etcetera they bought the grapes from producers, wine grape producers.
Now today it is a well respected family company with own vinyards and terraces for Port production. Known of their quality wines of the Douro region and their Port portfolio.

This Port is in balance with a quit high acidity what will be reduced the time it will further mature in the bottle in a cellar or climate cool place.

Taste now is of black plums, rather dry style, richness in flavour and also sweetness.

Take the time to let mature this wonderful Vintage Port and you will be honoured at the moment you will open it ( decante it) and taste in... at 2027 or later!!
