Mario Schifano (1934-1998) - Veduta Notturna

Mario Schifano - “Veduta Notturna”.

Highly tactile enamel serigraph with 30 colour transitions on thick 300 g paper, made in 1996 and published in vol. 4 by Torcular which includes all the works created in the years 1996-97.

The work measures 490 x 760 mm and is printed on a sheet measuring 700 x 1000 mm.

This work, also commonly called as “Casa sola”, bears the hand-printed edition in Arabic numerals on bottom left, while the artist’s handwritten signature is clearly visible on the right.

Despite the years that have passed since its execution and publication, the work is in perfect condition and has no signs of ageing, as it has always been preserved with the utmost care.

It will be packaged and shipped flat between two rigid supports, together with the certificate of authenticity issued by the Italian art gallery for which this work was designed and created.
