A limited edition of only 1638 bottles, Amara Full Proof Single Cask Caroni is the result of the meeting of two brilliant minds: Luca Gargano, owner of Velier and Edoardo Strano, of the Rossa farm, known for the production of the famous Amaro Amara , the amaro of Sicilian blood oranges IGP. So Velier brought, between Etna and the sea and, more precisely, in Contrada San Martino Piana, some ex-Caroni barrels in which, for about 12 months, he let this precious liqueur rest. The result is Amara Full Proof Single Cask Caroni, a new state of softness and maturity that will win you over at the first sip.

Intense amber color with bronze reflections, the nose reveals intense sensations of candied orange peel, dark chocolate and toasted coffee, then star anise and cloves and darker hints of licorice and tobacco stick. The taste is enchanting, soft and deep, with a clear bitter note, decisive but not intrusive, with numerous citrus and toasted hints consistent with the nose. The persistence of dried yellow flowers and dried fruit is long.
