1/4 gold dinar (1.02 g., 12 mm.) Minted in Al-Andalus, in the year 324 H. (936-937 AD).
Obverse: In Arabic, Profession of faith: (3-point triangle) / There is no god but / God, He alone / No partner for Him; in the field, on the left, ( ; in the margin, between linear graphs, Muhammad's prophetic mission (Koran 61, 9 p.): Muhammad is the envoy of God, whom he sent with guidance and the true religion to carry it out prevail over all other religions, despite the polytheists.
Reverse: In Arabic: (3-point triangle) / Muhammad is / the envoy of God / The Imam, Emir of the believers / ´Abd al-Rahman / (3-point triangle); In the margin, between linear graphs: In the name of God this dinar was minted in [al-Andalus], year twenty-four and three hundred.
Very well preserved coin. Very rare!!
