The infamous 100% Pine Guitar from IP Guitars. A unique piece of IP Guitars history.
In 2019 IP Guitars embarked on a challenge to create a guitar only out of pine. This got to be known as #pineguitarchallenge which spread online in guitar building circles and is one of the brand's biggest videos on their YouTube page: https://youtu.be/zZnHMkTryYA

The challenge: Create a functional and playable guitar out of only pine. The result: a very stable and lovely sounding instrument. Within its 4 year lifespan, it has only required a small truss rod adjustment.

- Pine multilaminate neck
- Resin reinforced pine fretboard
- 25,5" scale length
- Hardtail bridge (note added shim and adjusted position for intonation)
- Humbucker
- Master Volume
- Pine charcoal side dots
- 22 Nickel Silver frets
- Yakisugi method burnt finish and acrylic lacquer

Will ship with hard case. Strung up with D'Addario XT 1046 strings.
