Sassicaia 2021, Tenuta San Guido: Sassicaia is undoubtedly one of the most famous Italian wines in the world. The exposure of the land is to the west and south-west. Fermentation takes place in steel, at a controlled temperature, with maceration on the skins for about 10 days. The refinement of the Bolgheri Sassicaia DOC of Tenuta San Guido takes place in French oak barriques for 24 months, with subsequent rest in the bottle.
