L’Ermita 2019 by Álvaro Palacios is one of Spain’s most prestigious wines and a true icon of the D.O.Ca. Priorat. It comes from a tiny 1.45-hectare vineyard in Gratallops, planted in 1939, and is primarily made from Garnacha (Grenache), with small amounts of Carinyena (Carignan) and Garnacha Blanca (White Grenache).
