2014 Chateau Escot - Medoc Cru Bourgeois - 12 Bottles (0.75L)

12 bottles of Chateau Escot Médoc Cru Bourgeois. The vintage is 2014. History: Located in the commune of Saint Trélody in Lesparre-Médoc in the Bordeaux region, the existence of the wine estate is mentioned in the first edition of Bordeaux and its wines under the current name Château Escot in 1850. In 1868, the vineyard was already classified among the Crus Bourgeois. In 1932, the Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Chamber of Agriculture took the initiative to create an official classification of the Crus Bourgeois which would list 444 crus including Château Escot. The vineyard & wine Planted in clay, sand and gravel, refreshed by ocean winds or, on the contrary, protected and warmed by the moors, its vines draw from the earth and sky the ideal conditions for their development. The wines reflect this, all in nuances, rich in the most beautiful aromas of Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet-Sauvignon. This organoleptic palette is all the more beautiful because the Rouy family, owners of the place, work it with finesse, harvesting at night, vinifying cold to keep all the aromas of its berries intact. This is how structured wines are produced here, seductive in their youth, always more elegant with age. The single bottles will be shipped to you in a secure, protective packaging to prevent damage.
