La Cuvée 748 Extra-Brut sans étui de la Maison de champagne Jacquesson est un champagne d’assemblage élaboré à partir de chardonnay avec les terroirs d’Avize et d’Oiry, de pinot meunier et de pinot noir ( les 2 pinots provenant des villages d’Aÿ-Champagne, Dizy, Hautvillers et de Champillon dont 25% de vins de réserve sont inclus. Basée sur la vendange 2020, c’est un champagne alliant élégance, profondeur et minéralité. Vinification et élevage en foudres très anciens.

A l’oeil, robe dorée aux reflets légèrement vert.
Au nez, notes de fleurs blanches (tilleul et eucalyptus) avec une légèrement pointe mentholée.
En bouche, élégance, finesse et légèreté sont au rendez-vous avec des notes légèrement boisées. Finale sur la minéralité.

La Cuvée 748 Extra-Brut sans étui de la Maison de champagne Jacquesson est un champagne élégant à déguster à de grands moments avec par exemple des huîtres ou des poissons riches ou bien encore tout simplement à l’apéritif !!

Robe
La robe de la cuvée 748 est or pâle aux reflets argentés, animée de bulles fines et dynamiques.

Nez
Au nez, on perçoit une belle pureté aromatique, marquée par des notes de poire fraîche, de zeste d’agrumes, puis des touches briochées et légèrement fumées.

Bouche
Sur le palais, le vin est tendu, structuré et ample. La fraîcheur du Chardonnay domine, soutenue par une fine minéralité crayeuse. Des arômes de fruits blancs croquants, de frangipane et de citron confit prolongent la finale, élégante et saline.
