Tasting notes Flavours: An elegant combination of citrus fruits like sevilla orange with strawberries and toffee apple; stewed fruit with a hint of ginger spice and delicate sea peat smoke. Flavour: Rich brown sugar and vanilla strum turning into dried cherries; smooth coffee, dried banana and toasted oaks, balanced with sea saltiness and subtle pepper. Finish: Medium long, with persistent autumn spices, black pepper and light smoke, leaving an impression of harmony of sherry and peat.
