Illustrated with nine woodcuts by Jacob Steinhardt. Foreword by Arnold Zweig. Ninth publication of the Soncino-Society, dedicated to Dr. Siegfried Wolff. Text in Hebrew and German, Gothic script. Some rubbing, bumping, wear and soiling to the boards and spine. Pencil markings in the back pastedown endpaper. The text and illustrations are clear and crisp, and the binding is solid. Overall, a handsome copy in very good condition.
