Ginfish - 68|70 Nizza Monferrato - b. 2024 - 50cl - 3 bottles

GINFISH is an Italian gin made in Nizza Monferrato (Piedmont), whose hills and vineyards are a UNESCO World Heritage Site, presented in an artistic collectible bottle with a commitment to social responsibility for the preservation of water. All its botanicals are locally sourced "km zero" from our countryside, they are individually distilled as alcoholates using a vacuum rotary distiller at a temperature of 55 degrees Celsius to preserve all the aromas and essential oils. These alcoholates are then skilfully blended to create an unrivalled high-quality gin. The story of GINFISH takes place among the enchanting hills of Monferrato millions of years ago, a time when the Adriatic Sea stretched as far as the Piedmont region of Italy, creating a fascinating landscape of islands and warm waters. Among these ancient waters lie the remains of a fossilised whale, unearthed not far from our distillery and called Tersilla. It’s a testament to the world’s ever-changing relationship with water, which could disappear and leave us ill-prepared for what comes next. We channel these emotions into crafting our ultra-premium gin, meticulously crafted from local ingredients from the Monferrato hills and guided by our master distiller’s savoir-faire, passed down through five generations ( Vigneti & Cantina Pesce was founded in 1859 ). GINFISH is about more than just toasting. It’s about powering a movement. We strive to transform an epicurean experience into an act of social responsibility: for every bottle of GINFISH sold, we pledge to donate water to vital projects aimed at alleviating water scarcity. As you collect and enjoy these exclusive bottles, each telling a story of art and social responsibility, remember that you’re not just sipping an extraordinary gin – you’re actively participating in a movement to save water, one sip at a time.
