This fountain pen combines a blend of resin and lava powder with some Homo Sapiens Dark Age features, like shiny black metalwork and 18kt ruthenium finished nib. The transparent barrel is in sync with the dark theme, having a special smoky effect. The mixture of resin and lava powder makes the pen practically unbreakable. The barrel of the HS Dark Crystal is made of transparent smoked resin and is engraved with the name of the collection. Each lava pen is made from small parts, up to 8 cm long, which are formed and aged before undergoing special processes done with custom made machines.
