Chess set - Ajedrez de Colección de Lujo de Salvador Dalí - Wood and polyurethane resin with injected metal

Beautiful, original, and exclusive surrealist design chess set from the brand "Cinco Días (ENDESA)" from 2004, limited edition and no longer available. It consists of a new 40 x 40 cm wooden board by Cayro (not the original chessboard) and a complete set of 32 original, detailed pieces signed by the Fundación Dalí SDFV03. These pieces depict the artist's best works: the melting clock, the long-legged elephant, Dalí's dresses... The dimensions of the pieces range between 5 and 9 cm. The bases of these pieces are felted to prevent damage to the pieces and the board.

This chess set commemorates the 5th Centenary of the birth of the great Salvador Dalí. The wooden board is unused, and the pieces are in very good condition (see photos). The photographs are part of the description.
