Wood: The wooden bodies of the planes and the Sumitsubo show scratches, ink stains, and patina from years of use. The Sumitsubo likely contains dried ink/cotton.

Functionality: Not tested on wood. These are sold as-is for restoration or display. The folding rule and other smaller tools show signs of heavy wear.
