Origin: Khouribga, Phosphate Deposits, Morocco

Beautifully preserved skull with associated vertebrae of Halisaurus arambourgi, a smaller mosasaur that lived in the warm seas of the Late Cretaceous. Reaching about 3-4 meters in length, this agile marine predator fed on fish and cephalopods. Its slender jaws and double-hinged skull are well visible and characteristic of the species.
Professionally prepared and partially restored to create a museum-quality 3D display, this specimen is mounted on a custom base made of fossilized wood with a subtle metal support, enhancing both its scientific and aesthetic presentation.
Condition: Excellent preservation with some restoration to achieve the 3D presentation.
Shipping: Only within the BeNeLux. For buyers outside the BeNeLux, pickup in Belgium is required due to the delicate condition of the specimen and its custom-mounted display.
A rare and elegant fossil that perfectly captures the essence of the Late Cretaceous seas.
