Arcangelo Ambrosi - Interferenza 004 - Distorsione - Legno - No Reserve

The 'Interferenze' are wall-mounted wooden sculptures, created through a complex process of selective wood erosion, studied and tested by the artist Arcangelo Ambrosi.

The wooden surface becomes a field of investigation, where natural veins and knots interact with overlaid geometric patterns, creating a visual tension between order and irregularity. A constant dialogue with the material: a controlled interference that, rather than erasing, reveals new perceptual possibilities. The resulting compositions generate unexpected optical effects, where geometry does not impose but allows itself to be contaminated by the organic characteristics of the material. The results are very similar to indefinite maps, perhaps useful for finding some kind of resonance between humans and wood.

Born in Puglia in 1988, Arcangelo Ambrosi is a professional artist, constantly exploring new expressive languages through wood.
After a decade immersed in surreal pipe sculpture, with several exhibitions and publications behind him, he begins to dedicate himself to personal projects on the human figure and dialogue with wood.
The works are hand-signed, numbered, and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
