VINIFICATION
The 20-year-old Port wine comes from blends aged in wood and carefully selected.

TASTING NOTES
Wine with an excellent balance between the elegant aromas of ripe fruits and the soft notes of dried fruits, figs and a touch of vanilla. Silky texture, you can taste the fresh fruit wrapped in more complex flavors, obtained during aging in wood, the best of both worlds.

SERVING
It goes wonderfully with desserts, such as fruit cake, ice cream and dried fruits. It can also be served, slightly chilled, as an aperitif. Store upright, in a cool, dry place, away from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at a temperature between 12ºC and 16ºC. Consume in moderation.

HISTORY
In 1879, José Teixeira Pinto Vasconcellos founded a wine export company, which he maintained alone for several years. As the years went by, its first warehouses began to be insufficient and were expanded to meet market demands, especially in Europe, making it necessary to hire employees to continue. Since 2011, the company has been owned by Christie’s Port Wine Producer & Shipper, Lda., which made a strong investment in the restoration of Quinta Dona Mafalda located in the Douro and returned to the ancestral traditions of wine production. The farm produces around 30,000 liters of wine annually, on around 7 hectares. The company currently distributes Port Wine throughout the world.
