Very beautiful and rare set of three original German military topographic maps, published by the Cartographic Department of the Royal Prussian Land Survey between 1909 and 1912.
These maps were used for strategic planning of the Prussian army, emphasizing railways, telegraph lines, military installations, roads, and geographical features.
The set consists of:
1. Department of La Meuse – 1909
Basel / Switzerland – 1911
Aisne Dept. – 1912
