Designed by Verner Panton in 1973 for Palette Design in Denmark, this stainless steel Lighting Stairs chrome candlestick measures 20 cm high, 5 cm wide and 20 cm deep and is in excellent condition.

Offering the most gorgeous candlestick with such a lovely design, in a shiny chrome color.
Designed by Verner Panton in 1973, most naturally he called it "Lighting Stairs"
It was produced from 1973 to late 1980's by the company Palette Design, Denmark.
This candlestick is very well maintained, it has obly small signs og use, wich is inevitably for a shiny product at 45-50 years old.
All complete still with all 4 metal 'cups' has also a minimum signs of use, see photos.
*has been totally cleaned and disinfected before this sale.

About:
Verner Panton (1926-1998) studied architecture at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen.
Afterwords he went to study under Danish iconic designer Arne Jacobsen.
When graduated he set up his own architecture and designer company. Characteristic for Verner Panton's work are the extravagant geometrical shapes he creates and his use of strong, bright colours.
All items is carefully wrapped in protection, And then packed in a solid box.
