Bundle of three Balinese masks, woodcarving.
Bali, Indonesia, around 1970-1980.
Three very decorative carved masks.
Originating from Bali, Indonesia, circa 1970-1980.
The first mask depicts a woman, with Lotus flowers in her hair. Beautifully carved with lots of detail. It measures approximately 32cm high and 19cm wide. In good condition, with a small shrinkage crack. Not distracting.
The second mask depicts a woman, with a bird on the right side and a cobra snake on the left side. Again, beautifully carved, measuring approximately 24cm high and 17cm wide. In good condition, with a small crack under the chin.
The third mask shows a face, with a Geko lizard on the left side. Beautifully carved mask, with closed eyes. Measures approximately 25cm high and 15.5cm wide.
In good condition, a few signs of use on the right cheek.
