Vintage Omega Genève Date - Caliber 613 - Ref. 136.070 (Circa 1969)
This beautiful example is a classic manually wound Omega Genève from the brand’s most prolific era, the late 1960s. The watch features the highly regarded Caliber 613 manual wind movement and is presented in its original stainless steel case. This is a robust and elegant vintage timepiece perfect for daily wear or an Omega collection.
Key Specifications

• Case Material: Stainless Steel (Acier Inoxydable)
• Case Size: Approximately 34-35mm (excluding crown)

The Movement: Omega Caliber 613
The watch houses the high-quality Omega Caliber 613, a manual-wind movement known for its reliability and thin profile.
• Type: Manual Winding
• Jewels: 17 Rubies
• Feature: Quick-Set Date: The date is advanced by the "pull-pump" method (pulling the crown out to the setting position and returning it to the winding position).
• Adjustment: Stamped with "Adjusted Two (2) Positions," indicating a high-grade of regulation from the factory.
• Frequency: 19,800 BPH (beats per hour).
Condition Report:
This timepiece shows honest vintage wear commensurate with its age.
• Dial: Original silver sunburst dial with applied baton indices. The dial exhibits a natural, charming patina and minor spotting (common for watches of this age), giving it a unique character.
• Case: Stainless steel case with sharp lines typical of the late 60s design. Minor scratches and signs of use consistent with age.
• Strap/Buckle: Fitted with a brown leather strap and an authentic Omega-signed stainless steel buckle.
• Timekeeping: A recent check on a timegrapher shows the watch is running at -10 seconds per day (s/d) with an excellent Beat Error of 0.1ms. The Amplitude is 229°, which is acceptable but suggests the movement could benefit from a service (cleaning and oiling) in the near future to boost performance and ensure longevity.
Auction Notes
The watch is sold as seen in the photographs. Please review all images carefully as they form part of the description. No guarantee on water resistance. Import duties are buyers responsibility
