Yes. THIS is the very first Hello Kitty digital camera in the world. Marketed by Tomy and only in Japan. The brand TOMY ME:SIA was meant for teenage girls and children in Japan.

The HELLO KITTY digital camera for girls and a blue unbranded ME:SIA digital camera for the boys (I guess).

Both digital cameras are completely boxed and brand new. Never used. They were marketed around 1999 in Japan. I still have to sell them as-is because I don't want to unbox them to test them. But they are brand new.

This is a must have for every HELLO KITTY collector as you will NEVER find this digital camera ever again.

The HELLO KITTY camera also comes with a specially branded bag. The blue one does not have a bag. But don't expect too much as they only record with 0,25 Megapixel in 256x256 pixel resolution ;-D
