Description
The artwork depicts a symbolic and ritualistic scene inspired by the mythological figure of Hecate, a deity associated with thresholds, magic, and the passage between worlds. At the center, a woman in a red dress sits in a serene yet powerful pose, embodying the earthly presence of the goddess. Behind her, nude figures and an elevated character with arms raised emerge amidst a whirlwind of warm colors and almost incendiary shapes, evoking the supernatural and the spiritual. The vertical composition, almost theatrical, enhances the sense of ascent, revelation, and mystery, while the expressive brushstrokes add dynamism and drama to the scene.
