Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
Three aluminium printing plates from Carlsen Verlag, Tim und Struppi, 1981, in good condition, used in 1981–1982 to print covers for Der Blaue Lotos, Der Geheimnisvolle Stern, and Tim und der Haifischsee, plus one Carlsen album Der Sonnentempel; plates are relatively light metal and show signs of use.
Description from the seller
Three comic plates from 1981-1982 by the German publisher Carlsen, plus one album also from Carlsen.
These images were used in 1981 and 1982 to print the covers of three albums.
The Blue Lotus
The Mysterious Star
Tim and the Shark Sea
The images are in reasonable condition, but you can see that they have been used; they are not in new condition, but that is also to be expected from used printing plates!
The images are of a relatively light type of metal; we think it is aluminum, but we are not sure.
The lot is supplemented with an album Der Sonnentempel, from the same period as the pictures (Carlsen Comics, which is the series after 'Carlsen Verlag').
The pictures are carefully packed and shipped via Post.nl, insured and with the usual Track & Trace service.
Due to the uncertain situation regarding import tariffs with the US, we DO NOT ship to the US.
