This book contains the description and illustrations of all the Seals and Bulls from the old Archives of Bouches-du-Rhône. They are divided into two main sections or parts: the 'Civil' and the 'Ecclesiastical.' At the beginning of each section, the summaries of the various chapters that compose them are indicated. The description of each seal or bull is accompanied by an analysis of the charter, the designation of the fonds, the description of the material, the nature of the seals, and the condition of the object.

Well-established copy, green half-leather binding with corner tips, spine decorated with gold tooling (period binding). Slight rubbing at the headbands and corners. Very fresh interiors. In very good condition.
