Lotto consisting of an oak barrel with a capacity of 1 liter, a 1-liter bottle of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, and a hand-blown glass pipette, produced by CASA DEL BALSAMICO MODENESE, EMILIA ROMAGNA - ITALY.
The proposed lot involves using Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP by pouring it into the oak barrel to continue the aging process, thereby enhancing its flavor and aroma characteristics.
The oak botticella, equipped with the support on which to rest it, has been vinegarized by the producer and is therefore ready to receive the balsamic vinegar contained in the bottle, allowing the winner of the lot to have at home or in their establishment the same aging conditions as a Modenese vinegar cellar.
The sampling of balsamic vinegar is done using an elegant blown glass pipette to replicate the same sampling and tasting actions that take place in the old vinegar cellars where the precious Aceto Balsamico di Modena is produced.
The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena contained in a one-liter bottle has been aged for five years and is suitable for accompanying both savory and sweet dishes.
