An extender is an adapter lens that is attached between a camera body and a lens to extend the focal length. The “Extender EF1.4×II” can extend the focal length by 1.4 times while maintaining the high optical performance of the attached lens, and the “Extender EF2×II” can extend the focal length by 2 times. The “Extender EF2×II” can extend the focal length by 2 times. Both of the new lenses have excellent dustproof and drip-proof performance equivalent to Canon's top-of-the-line AF SLR camera “EOS-1V” and IS-type telephoto lenses equipped with an image stabilizer. In addition, the lens can be attached to the same telephoto lenses as previous models when used with EF lenses.
