The pedal hub is made of aluminum with its bearings, bolts, and nuts showing superficial rust that will be removed shortly, so the bike will be shipped without any aesthetic imperfections. Very lightweight and sturdy, it is ideal for city commuting or day trips, as well as a vacation tender.
Shimano 21-speed gears, Pro original saddle, wear parts in excellent condition, recently replaced chain with a rust-proof type, pedals are new, semi-new tires. The grips lack the blind end cap at the outer extremity.
Shipping:
In the event of shipping, to reduce bulk, the wheels will be removed and the tires deflated, the handlebar loosened and aligned parallel to the frame, and the pedals removed and re-screwed onto the cranks. This is necessary to fit within the maximum packaging dimensions of 100cm x 50cm x 50cm. A small tool kit and a brief self-made manual will be provided for careful reassembly, especially for those unfamiliar with the process. The packaging will be meticulous, with the bike protected by bubble wrap, sturdy cardboard, and transparent stretch film, at no additional cost to the buyer. I also offer full assistance to the buyer should they choose to handle the transportation themselves. The disassembly and packaging process will be documented with photos and videos, which will be sent to the recipient via messages through the Catawiki app.
