Painting of Soviet social realism by Kozhukhovsky Nikolay Vladimirovich (1954), Mungitrici, cm 51.5-70.5, oil on canvas, 1970s.
The painting will be sold with a photo authentication, which includes the export permit and an appraisal from the Chernigov Museum, signed by the director and the expert, a stamp, the archive number, and the date. (See photo.)
biography
Born in 1954, he studied at the Kiev School of Art (1965-1972) and then at the Painting Department of the State Art Institute of Kiev (1972-1978). He participated in his first professional exhibition in 1980 in Kiev. Since 1983, he has lived and worked in Moscow. From 1986, he has been a member of the Moscow Union of Artists (Painting Section). Since 1998, the artist has worked extensively in France and has been a member of 'La Maison des Artistes' in Paris since 2004. His recent creative and exhibition activities are mainly dedicated to Paris, Normandy, and the French Riviera, whose beauty has inspired many artists. In France, 42 solo exhibitions have been successfully organized and held. His works are held in museums and private collections in Russia, the United States, Germany, Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands, Japan, and many other countries.
