Tyrone Curtis 'Muggsy' Bogues (Baltimore, January 9, 1965) is a former American basketball player. He is the shortest player ever in the NBA, standing at 1.60 meters. Bogues played as a point guard for four teams during his 14-season NBA career. He is best known for his time with the Charlotte Hornets and also played for the Washington Bullets, the Golden State Warriors, and the Toronto Raptors.

After his career in the NBA, he served as head coach of the now defunct WNBA team Charlotte Sting. In 2011, he was the head coach of the United Faith Christian Academy basketball team.

Gheorghe Dumitru Mureșan (Tritenii de Jos, February 14, 1971) is a former Romanian basketball player who played as a center. He played six seasons in the NBA for the Washington Bullets (1993-1997) and the New Jersey Nets (1998-2000). Mureșan, with a height of 2.31 meters, shares the record for the tallest player ever in the NBA with Manute Bol.

Mureșan won the NBA Most Improved Player Award in 1995/96. He had the highest field goal percentage in the entire league in both 1995/96 and 1996/97. Before coming to the United States, he became national champion in Romania with Universitatea Cluj-Napoca and won the national cup in France with Pau-Orthez. After leaving the New Jersey Nets, he returned to that club and also became French national champion.
Mureșan reached his height due to a condition called acromegaly.
