A single Showa period lacquered circular box by Nakamura Sōetsu (Japan), made of wood with lacquer, measuring 19.8 cm in width and depth and 12.5 cm in height, in good condition with minor ageing signs and designed by Nakamura Sōetsu, modelled as an antique lacquered box with vermilion, gold and black bands and cloud and foliage motifs.
